Thu is an MSc student in Bioinformatics at the University of British Columbia, co-supervised by Dr. Faraz Hach. She completed her undergraduate degree in Statistics with a minor in Data Science at the University of British Columbia and has a background in statistics, machine learning, and bioinformatics. Her current research focuses on non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer, integrating genomic analysis, digital pathology, and machine learning to develop predictive models for tumor detection and prognosis.
