Rachel is a Computer Science and Microbiology and Immunology student at UBC. Her research focuses on cancer genomics and the application of computational approaches to bladder cancer. She has worked on developing machine learning models to predict patient prognosis, building RNA sequencing analysis pipelines and databases, and analyzing bladder cancer patient cohorts. Through this work, Rachel has gained experience in bioinformatics, machine learning, and cancer genomics.
