Pauline is an Msc engineering student in Biology and Biotechnology at Polytech Marseille. During her VIRS internship at the Gibb Lab, she investigated the molecular heterogeneity of Gleason score 3+4 prostate cancer using bioinformatics and transcriptomic approaches. Her work focused on clustering patients based on lncRNA expression profiles and analyzing differential gene expression between identified subgroups to better understand tumor aggressiveness.
